These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales made through the NeuroCerv™ website, operated by KAGLIA LLC.

By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be fully bound by these Terms.

KAGLIA LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

The website offers cervical comfort and wellness products under the NeuroCerv™ brand.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor differences in appearance, color, or packaging may occur.

Orders are placed exclusively online through the following process:

• Adding the selected product(s) to the cart
• Reviewing and confirming the order
• Completing secure payment

Creating a customer account is not required to place an order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order, including shipping and contact information, is complete and accurate.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation.

NeuroCerv™ may ship to Canada, the United States, and other international destinations where delivery is available.

Processing and Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated processing time: 24 to 72 hours.

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 12 business days, unless otherwise indicated during checkout or on the website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing their order.

ARTICLE 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Conditions

Return Shipping Costs

Products should not be returned without first receiving return instructions.

Refunds
